  • What are your rates?
    Our rates vary based on the size of your space (# of bedrooms/bathrooms, square footage) and the frequency you'd like your place cleaned (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or one-time). To get a custom price, please contact us by: • completing our new client form • calling our scheduling coordinator at (732) 930-8319
  • Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
    We bring everything we need to clean your home including: an industrial-strength vacuum, bathroom supplies, glass cleanser, microfiber cloths, Swiffer dusters and wetjet, and more. We don’t supply bleach, if your home requires bleach in the bathroom(s), we are happy to use any supplies that you prefer we use.
  • Will the same person clean my home every time?
    When you sign up for recurring weekly bi-weekly service, you will be assigned a Cleaning Specialists. We do our best to make sure the same cleaner visits your home every time so they can learn the nuances of your home and provide a consistently clean living space.
  • How will your cleaner enter my home?
    At Top Shelf, we prioritize the safety and security of our clients' homes. When you book a cleaning service with us, you have the option to provide a spare key or access code, which will be securely stored and only used by the assigned cleaner on the day of the scheduled service. Alternatively, you can choose to be home during the cleaning or provide specific instructions for accessing your home, such as using a lockbox. Rest assured that we take the security of your home seriously and will work with you to ensure a seamless and safe entry for our cleaners.
  • Should I leave a tip for my Top Shelf cleaner?
    Leaving a tip for your Top Shelf cleaner is entirely optional. Our main priority is to provide exceptional cleaning services that meet and exceed your expectations. However, if you feel that our team has gone above and beyond, and you would like to show your appreciation, tips are always appreciated! They can be given directly to the cleaner or added to your payment when booking our services. Whether you tip or not, we are committed to delivering outstanding home cleaning services and ensuring your full satisfaction.
  • Is Top Shelf fully insured?
    Yes, Top Shelf is fully insured for general liability and worker's compensation. This means that in the unlikely event of any accidental damage to your property or any injuries to our staff while they are working in your home, you and our team are fully protected. We understand the importance of trust and peace of mind when inviting a cleaning service into your home, and our comprehensive insurance coverage reflects our commitment to providing a safe and reliable service to our clients.
  • What if I need to reschedule my home cleaning?
    We understand that sometimes life can get in the way, and plans have to change. If you need to cancel your home cleaning appointment with Top Shelf, we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to adjust our schedule and potentially fill your slot with another client. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, there may be a cancellation fee. We will work with you to reschedule your cleaning for a more convenient time. Our goal is to provide flexible and reliable service to meet your needs, so please don't hesitate to contact us if you have to make changes to your appointment.

Payments Accepted

We accept Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, Chime Pay Anyone, cash, or physical checks if you really prefer that.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your home cleaning appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. We will work with you to reschedule your cleaning for a more convenient time.
